Shipping & Returns
Moth will only ship to Europe at the following rates:
- Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) & Portugal: FREE for orders over € 100.
- For orders less than € 100 Peninsular Spain: The shipping cost will be € 3.95.
- Spain (Balearic Islands) and Portugal: 8 €.
- Rest of Europe: 9,95 €.
- Except Croatia, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland: 14,95€.
Local customs expenses will be borne by the customer.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We understand that you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, we try to make deliveries as soon as possible, we detail the approximate delivery times below.
- Spain & Portugal: 2-3 days.
- Spain (Balearic Islands): 3-4 days.
- Europe: 5-7 days.
The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive a message in your email to be able to track it.
Moth is not responsible for delays caused by customs retention or specific dates in which the parcel companies have a large volume of work.
To return any of our items, you have a period of 15 days from when you receive the item.
First of all, contact us at email@example.com. Indicate the order number and the items you want to return. If you also indicate the reason for the return, we will greatly appreciate it!
Then we will send you the address where to make the return and please make sure to include the contact information and also the tracking number.
The return costs will be paid by the buyer, unless the product was defective when it was received.
The product must be in perfect condition and include its cover or packaging similar to how it arrived, labels must also be included.
Returns of personalized products are not accepted.
If you want to change the product, it is possible to do so. It is only necessary to return the product received and send us an email indicating which product you want in exchange. In this case, the return costs will be refunded. Write to us firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the discount code that can be applied to your new order.
